The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). The work associated with this RISO includes the provision of all labour, material and equipment required to provide rental and operation of heavy equipment at 14 Wing Greenwood. The service must be provided on an as and when requested basis. The period of the Standing Offer will be for one (1) year from date of award, plus three (3) additional one (1) year option periods. There is a security requirement associated with this standing offer. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
