This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc5538762719 dated March 25, 2026 with a closing of May 5, 2026 at 2pm, EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (Defence Research and Development Canada ) located in Québec (Québec) Canada, is issuing this this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of two (2) optical light screen as part of the development and validation project, including the preliminary testing of the equipment and corrective adjustments), as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
