The response time deadline is 14:00 EST Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide R&D support to ice trials and platform monitoring system development, including: design of platform monitoring and sensor systems to assist with warship navigation in ice; support to planning and execution of warship ice trials and experiments; engineering assessments of the ice-going capability of naval vessels; and support to engineering, project management, and planning activities to the Department of National Defence, Defence Research and Development Canada, Atlantic Research Centre.
