Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a solution, supplying and installing a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Secure Discussion Area (SDA) within a existing building. 2. The period of the Contract is from contract award to 12 years later. 3. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
