AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-09-27 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Suffield, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one turnkey Photonic Doppler Velocimetry (PDV) 4 channel interferometer with a receiver bandwidth of 13GHz, including in-line variable optical attenuators (VOAs), power taps and related display to mitigate optical damage to the 13GHz receiver to Suffield Alberta, requested by March 31, 2025. Refer to the Compliance Matrix for the complete performance specifications and instructions that must be satisfied in order for a bid to be deemed responsive. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada–Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada–Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada–Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada–Panama Free Trade Agreement, and Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement.
