The contract encompasses the comprehensive upgrade and replacement of the inbound and outbound Baggage Handling System (BHS) controls at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, along with the replacement of four outbound baggage carousels and other ancillary improvements. Work is governed by AIA A201–2017 standard contract documents, not federal acquisition regulations, and includes full responsibility for installation, integration, testing, and certification of all systems to meet TSA Planning Guidelines and Design Standards Version 8.0, as well as applicable electrical, construction, and manufacturer specifications.
