Amendment #1 - Extending the RFQ closing date and time.


This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number N0060426Q4034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Airfield Operation and Other Logistical Services at Wake Island in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) herein.  This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted, sole source to ASRC Communications, LTD (ASRC) ASRCC, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

EVALUATION: Procedures in FAR Subpart 12.203 are applicable to this procurement. The submission of a quote will be determined as an affirmative statement that the quoter has the ability to perform and takes no exception to the PWS. 


Evaluation will be based on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency’s needs), price, and past performance.
