THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.  THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.  REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.  This sources sought notice is issued to conduct market research for information and planning purposes only. The Government is soliciting information to identify firms capable of performing the services stated below.


The contractor shall perform warehouse cleaning services at the DLA Disposition Services locations in Attachment 1. The Performance Work Statement in Attachment 2 provides detailed requirements this opportunity calls for.


The following information is required for responding to this request.


  1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, CAGE code, identify business size (large business or a small business), and if applicable, a statement regarding small business status (including small business, SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.). This procurement will be under NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $22.0 million.
  2. Identify if your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor.  Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. If subcontracting, confirm that your firm can meet the Limitations on Subcontracting under FAR 52.219-14.
  3. Provide a statement of capabilities to perform warehouse cleaning services. Statement of capabilities should include detailed technical expertise information, process information, employee experience / expertise and / or other informational literature demonstrating the direct ability to perform on this requirement.  
  4. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Esteban Gancer, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email: esteban.m.gancer@dla.mil

Interested parties may submit the above information to satisfy this requirement to the contract person below. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotes / proposals.
