Full Description

This is a sources sought synopsis; there is no solicitation available. The 20th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for Washer/Dryer services at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to furnish, install and maintain new washer and dryer units at various locations throughout Shaw AFB, SC. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards which will be outlined in the posting of the forthcoming Performance Work Statement (attached is a draft of the Performance Work Statement). A Firm-Fixed Price Performance Based contract will result from this posting, with period of performance to commence on or about 1 October 2017. The performance period of this contract shall consist of a base year with 4 option years. There is no guarantee that options will be exercised. This proposed contract is being considered as a set-aside under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 811412/532210. The size standard for NAICS 532210 is $38.5million. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
