This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The Government intends to award a service contract to provide Unaccompanied Personal Housing (UPH) Washer and Dryer Movement and Maintenance/Repair Service. The Contractor shall furnish transportation, equipment, and personnel to repair, hook-up or salvage machines located throughout the Fort Polk Installation. A "DRAFT" listing of machines and locations are shown in attached Technical Exhibit C - Building Listing and Equipment Location. The quantity, location, and make of machines to be serviced may vary during the contract period. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is: 811412 (Appliance Repair and Maintenance). The period of performance (POP) shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months (inclusive of a 45 day Phase-In Period) and four (4) 12-month option years. The draft PWS is subject to change. In response to this Sources Sought Notice, please provide the following: 1.
