The City of Ormond Beach, Florida (the “City”), in compliance and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 166, Part II, Florida Statutes and Section 218.385, Florida Statutes, is submitting this request for proposals (the “RFP”) to identify the institution that can provide the City with a bank qualified fixed rate, term loan in the form of a water and sewer revenue bond at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions as determined by the City. The financing will be a private placement and the City is not preparing any disclosure information. Public Financial Management is serving in the sole capacity of financial advisor to the City and not as a placement agent for the transaction. The Water and Sewer Revenue Bond, Series 2019 (the “Series 2019 Bond”) will be used to finance the cost of construction and acquisition of certain additions, extensions and improvements to the water and sewer system of the City.
