The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the non-personal water and wastewater sample analysis services defined in this PWS. The core services include the scheduled pickup and transport of samples from Fort Detrick facilities, laboratory analysis in accordance with Technical Exhibit 3, and the delivery of complete, accurate analytical reports to the Government.


This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract, 10mth base plus 4 12mth option years.


RFIs due by 5:00p EST 26 June 2026.

1.7.8. Special Qualifications: The contractor must obtain and maintain MDE and EPA Laboratory Certification. Laboratories performing radiological analysis must hold certification from the Laboratory Accreditation Bureau and NELAC. Proof of certification must be provided during the contract solicitation process and before the issuance of any optional periods. If the certification is lost during contract execution, the contractor must promptly notify the Government for appropriate action
