The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for water services at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Tucson, Arizona. This sources sought notice is for the purpose of conducting market research to determine local interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested not will it compensate a respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for water is 221310. The business size standard for each service is $7.0 million. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices with economic price adjustments resulting from a future solicitation. The contractor shall provide water services to accommodate an estimated water flow of 13,332,095 gallons per month. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services to deliver the water to the designated point. Any information relating to this procurement action will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors that believe they can meet this requirement shall submit responses in writing to the contracting officer no later than September 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM mountain standard time.
