Scope of Work Overview Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for sampling, testing, chemical treating and reporting all results for the following open and closed loop water systems within SUNY New Paltz campus. The lists below are broken down into two categories, cooling systems and heating systems. Cooling Systems Cooling Towers Contractor shall follow all aspects of SUNY New Paltz’s “Cooling Tower Management Program”. Refer to attached 222 page document for details. File name: “SUNY New Paltz CTMP Updated 04-01-2019”. In sum, there are seven cooling tower systems (total of 11 cells). All seven cooling tower systems have WalChem WT600-CT controllers that can be monitored and operated via cellular. They Operate from May 1st to October 1st except for the Central Heating Plant (CHP) which operates year round. Chilled Water Systems The chemical service vendor shall test and chemically treat for corrosion and microbiological growth for the following chilled water systems.
