Sealed Proposals for the Water Treatment Plant Paving Project will be received online via the PennBid Program by Myerstown Water Authority, Lebanon County until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on June 22, 2026. At that time, proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Authority Engineer’s Office, Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc., 1438 West Main Street, Suite E, Ephrata, PA 17522.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Myerstown Water Authority’s office, located at 601 Stracks Dam Road, Myerstown, PA 17067 on June 10, 2026. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026. A final addendum, if necessary, will be issued by 3:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026. The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Water Treatment Plant Paving Project as further described in the Contract Documents. All Bid Documents and details are available at no cost online at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier’s check, or other security acceptable to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form.
This Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions. This Project is subject to the Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions. This Project is subject to Pennsylvania Act 287 of 1974, as amended by Act 172 of 1986, as amended by Act 38 of 1991, as amended by Act 187 of 1996. This project is subject to the Trade Practices Act of July 23, 1968, P.L. 686 (81 P.S. 773.101 et seq.) This Project is subject to the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
