Water, Wastewater, Flood Resilience Management, and Asset Management

The City of Buena Vista and the Buena Vista Public Service Authority are seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide professional and non-professional services on an on-call basis for a five-year term, with the option for five successive one-year renewals. The scope of work focuses on water, wastewater, flood resilience, and asset management, specifically covering production, treatment, distribution, collection, and regulatory compliance. Key deliverables include research and reporting regarding Consent Orders and other regulatory matters, as well as financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and rate forecasting.
