WAWF Invoicing and DFARS Compliance Support

This contract provides administrative and technical support for managing WAWF invoicing, protecting Controlled Unclassified Information, and fulfilling cyber incident reporting obligations in accordance with DFARS requirements. The work supports the Defense Logistics Agency under the Department of Defense and is performed as a subcontract under the NAICS code 541512 for other computer related services. The contractor will ensure timely and accurate submission of electronic invoices through the Wide Area WorkFlow system, implement appropriate controls to safeguard CUI in compliance with NIST SP 800-171 standards, and establish processes for detecting, reporting, and responding to cyber incidents as mandated by DFARS clauses. All activities are critical to maintaining compliance with federal defense contracting regulations and supporting the integrity of the DoD’s supply chain and information systems.
