This project provides for: 1) Procurement and installation of one (1) package bio-trickling filter hydrogen sulfide (H2S) treatment tower. Package unit will also include one (1) each fan, control panel, and water cabinet. 2) Installation of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) air piping and supports to connect the H2S treatment unit to each wet well, splitter channel, and the bar screen channel at Jefferson Lift Station. Yard piping connections to the H2S treatment unit, to include small-diameter potable water and process drain connections as shown in the Drawings. 3) Electrical work, to include connection of the H2S treatment unit to the existing MCC-101 electrical building, site lighting, heat tracing, and other electrical work as defined in the Drawings and Specifications. 4) Integration of instrumentation & controls for the H2S treatment unit to the existing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. 5) Replacement of existing grating at the lift station with solid aluminum cover plates. 6) Miscellaneous site improvements including sidewalk, fencing, and grading.
