Weather Services and Decision Dashboard

The City of Austin is seeking a comprehensive software solution to provide utility-grade weather forecasting, real-time meteorologist support, and a configurable decision-making dashboard to improve operational planning and storm response for Austin Energy. The required solution must include a weather portal with local, regional, national, and international data, outage prediction capabilities tailored to the Austin Energy service territory, and the ability to integrate with the Advanced Distribution Management System and various GIS file types. The contract is structured with an initial 24-month term and three optional 12-month extensions. Pricing is divided into four categories: initial licensing and implementation, recurring maintenance and support, other essential costs, and additional features.
