Solicitation # FA445226SC001
The Air Mobility Command (AMC) A6 Information Technology Needs Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), solicitation FA445226SC001, is a competitive solicitation managed by the 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron to obtain innovative IT solutions for secure and scalable infrastructure transformation. While the overall CSO is unrestricted and open until February 26, 2031, specific Areas of Interest (AOIs) carry their own requirements. Area of Interest 1, focused on Base IT Modernization, is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). This effort aims to replace outdated legacy systems with a modern architecture integrating core, cloud, and edge environments to improve operational efficiency, data sharing, and warfighter effectiveness across up to 15 installations. The procurement utilizes a two-step selection process beginning with a white paper submission, which must include company information, a technical solution, and a total project price.
