Contractor with user experience (UX) expertise to support the optimization of the already designed LivingWell.dc.gov website. The goal is to ensure that the content is effectively formatted and strategically laid out to engage key audiencesresidents, clinicians, and community-based organizations. Consideration and plan for the addition of future content is also essential. The site must be intuitive, accessible (including meeting language access standards), and engaging, offering information and resources that advance both individual and organizational health literacy to promote health and prevent disease. Materials and tools should be easy to find and tailored to the users needsusers should not have to dig for information or navigate through cluttered pages to get what they need.
