The LAFD requires a qualified contractor to provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancement services for its public-facing website (lafd.org) and internal Department Intranet. These systems are critical for community information and Internal administrative resources. The select contractor shall perform the following core services:• ADA Compliance: Monthly audits and remediation using Siteimprove/Monsido to ensure 508 compliance.• Hosting Support: Management of the Acquia hosted environment, including Drupal module updates, security patches, and PHP updates.• Technical Support: Second-level support for LAFD Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), training for content coordinators, and 24/7 on-call emergency support.• 3rd Party Integration: Assist with the integration process for platforms including Everbridge (Alert/Red Flag), Vimeo, GIS, and JotForm.• Enhancements: Up to 48 hours per month of base-level system enhancements.• System Migration/Upgrades (As-Needed): Technical planning, methodology development, and execution of major Drupal platform version migrations or environment upgrades if required during the contract term.
