Description of the Requirement: Polar Knowledge Canada requires the services of one resource to redesign the Polar Knowledge Canada Canada.ca website to enhance user experience, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, improve the overall functionality of the site and to provide background and storytelling about Polar Knowledge Canada. The redesigned website should facilitate easier navigation, provide a more intuitive user interface, and effectively communicate Polar Knowledge Canada's mission and activities. These objectives would be broken up into an audit phase, consultation of stakeholders and web design for full implementation following Adobe Experience Manager and Government of Canada requirements.
