SUNY Polytechnic Institute is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to redesign its website in accordance with specified requirements, with the goal of enhancing its educational platform. The procurement process emphasizes compliance with New York State policies, including encouraging participation from minority- and women-owned businesses, and mandates adherence to the NYS Lobbying Law, which restricts communication to designated contacts. The contract is expected to span five years, with proposals due by October 29, 2025, and questions regarding the RFP due by October 8, 2025. Vendors must complete all necessary legal and responsibility documentation, including NYS Worker’s Compensation and Disability forms, and meet specific subcontracting goals of 16% for minority-owned, 14% for women-owned, and 6% for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The project is located in Oneida, New York, and is managed by the SUNY Office of Procurement, with the primary contact being the Director of Procurement. There are no prior contracts of similar scope awarded to the vendor within the past five years. The solicitation emphasizes responsible and responsive vendor participation, with clear deadlines and compliance requirements, ensuring that the selected contractor will deliver a website redesign that meets or exceeds the outlined specifications for the educational institution.
