Weldon Springs SP-65HP Tractor

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a new, unused 65 HP diesel tractor with a loader for use at Weldon Springs State Park. The equipment will be utilized for site work, including tilling, clearing brush, operating mowers, and trail maintenance via a backhoe attachment. Technical requirements include a minimum 65 hp diesel engine with a block heater, automatic exhaust regeneration with Diesel Exhaust Fluid, 540 and 1000 PTO, front axle MFWD, and at least three mechanical stackable rear SCVs. The selected vendor must be an authorized wholesaler or retailer and is responsible for providing the standard manufacturer's warranty, two copies of operator and maintenance manuals, and training on equipment operation and maintenance upon delivery. The procurement is a small purchase solicitation governed by the State of Illinois Standard Terms and Conditions V23. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Weldon Springs State Park in Clinton, Illinois, with all attachments installed upon arrival. Bidders must provide the manufacturer, make, model number, and full specifications with their quotes.
