Sealed bids will be received by the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority online at PennBid™ - www.PennBid.net until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at which time the bids shall be opened for: Well 40 Rehabilitation Contract No. 24-7 The project consists of well rehabilitation work at HWSA’s Well 40, in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual. The work will include removal of the existing well pump, well televising, mechanical rehabilitation, chemical rehabilitation, disinfection, and return of the existing well pump. Work is contained under one lump sum contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids.
