This is a 10-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for Well and Solar Panel/Windmill Maintenance, Service, and Installation services at Fort Niobrara National Wildlife Refuge in Valentine, Nebraska, managed by the Department of the Interior’s Fish and Wildlife Service.
