Full Description

The Contractor shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities for the Well Drilling Project (the “Project”). The Project scope is specific to the attached Special Provisions (Exhibit B). Contractor shall construct the Project for the Owner in a good, workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Owner through its engineers and under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer, or his properly authorized agents including but not limited to project managers and project engineers. Contractor’s work shall be strictly pursuant to and in conformity with the Contract.
