The new facility is expected to be +/- 100,0000 square feet comprised of indoor/outdoor kennel spaces, veterinary clinic and surgery amenities, office spaces, and other special use animal care type spaces. Construction Budget: $40,000,000.00-$45,000,000.00 The vicinity map included in the solicitation provides the approximate area where the facility is anticipated to be located. The final site for the new facility is subject to change by the Maricopa County Facilities Management Department and may be in a new location not identified in this solicitation or within the boundaries of the provided vicinity map. Nevertheless, the project will be in the metro-Phoenix area in the West Valley.
