Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) Building Renovation Project

The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) in Vancouver, Washington, is preparing to initiate a two-phase design-build procurement for the comprehensive renovation of its Main Office building located at 610 E 5th Street. The facility, originally constructed in three phases between 1932 and 1977, requires significant upgrades to address deferred maintenance, code violations, and outdated space planning.
