Western Water's Recycling Facility - Chlorine Contact Basin Covers Project

The Western Municipal Water District is initiating the Chlorine Contact Basin Covers Project at the Western Water Recycling Facility located at 22751 Nandina Ave, March Air Reserve Base, California.
