Wheeled Crane

The contract requires the procurement of a wheeled crane equipped with a 3.8L CUMMINS diesel engine, featuring at least a 4-cylinder configuration providing a minimum of 130 horsepower at 2500 rpm and 360 ft-lb of torque at 1600 rpm. The crane must have a conventional coolant cooling system, operate without requiring Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and utilize a Powershift transmission with 4 forward and 3 reverse speeds. It will be a 4-wheel drive system with rigidly mounted axles to the frame, planetary hubs, and limited slip differentials, riding on 385/65R 22.5 high traction radial tires. Braking systems include 4-wheel full hydraulic internal multi-wet disc brakes and a mechanically applied disc parking brake on the front axle, complemented by a 4-wheel steering system capable of selectable configurations: 4-wheel circle, 4-wheel crab, and 2-wheel front steering. Additional features include a hydraulic system with a single load-sensing axial piston pump and a reservoir with a visible fluid level, full LED lighting front and rear, and a one-piece cast counterweight bolted to the turntable.
