SCOPEThis Estimated Quantity Contract is for the supply and delivery of non-coning traffic paint to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, the Nova Scotia Public Works, and the Halifax Regional Municipality.This contract shall be in effect from contract award to March 31, 2027 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, if mutually agreed to by N.B.D.T.I. and N.S.D.T.I. and the successful bidder. If not mutually agreed by this date, the option for a second year is withdrawn.AWARD CRITERIA AND PRICINGThis contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest Unit Price Bid for White and Yellow Traffic Paint--to include shipping and delivery --which meets all requirements detailed within the Specification attached to this Invitation to Tender.Bidders must bid upon ALL Items to be considered for contract award.Partial bids will NOT be accepted.The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.
