This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other synopsis will be posted; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number FA4897-17-Q-0023 is solicited as a request for quotation (RFQ). Please see attached RFQ documents. The requirement is for wireless internet to be provided at the fitness center and fitness center's annex on Mountain Home AFB in accordance with the attached performance work statement. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95, DFARS Publication Notice DPN 20161222, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular AFAC 2017-0127. This requirement is not priority rated under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Site Visit Information: See instructions for the solicitation site vist information in the attachment titled "FA4897-17-Q-0023." Instructions for Submission of Quotes: Quotes are due to Carolyn Sherwood. Quoters who attend the site visit send quotes along with the attached price sheet (Attachment#2) filled out to email address carolyn.sherwood@us.af.mil, 208-828-3109, before the closing date and time specified in this RFQ. Quoters who submit different options with their quotes must submit entirely separate quotes. Separate quotes must demonstrate how areas in the performance work statement (PWS) will be met, provide a full list of materials that would be installed, and show the total priced quote.
