Full Description

This project is part of the Fargo Moorhead Metro Area Flood Risk Management Project. It is a mitigation project intended to enhance fish passage up and down the watershed. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of a temporary access road and staging area, removal of the existing timber, rock, and gunite dam, filling the downstream scour hole with the available reclaimed rock from the demolished dam, earthwork, installation of riprap along river channel and banks, local erosion control, project site reclamation, and reseeding. Estimated price range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36,500,000. This solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) with 100% Small Business Set Aside.
