WILDSNAP SUPPORT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Utah State Office, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to American Conservation Experience for the following services surrounding the WildSNAP application: 1. Continued support and expansion of the WildSNAP application for iOS software, managing user accounts for the app, maintenance of BLM-provided materials on the WildSNAP.org website, and providing back-end support services to ensure continued public availability of the WildSNAP program. 2. Convert the application for iPhone compatibility 3. Option Years 1 - 4 This action is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b). The North American Industry Classification for this procurement is 541511 with a size standard of $27.5 million gross annual receipts or lower. This is a special notice only and is not a request for quotation or a formal solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability statement and must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
