The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport is seeking qualified small businesses to perform interior renovations at a facility in Williamsburg, Virginia, under solicitation N66604-26-Q-0338, which is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 with a $45 million size standard. The requirement involves removing nine noncompliant exterior windows from first- and second-floor front offices and replacing them with wall framing, interior drywall, and exterior trim to meet Intelligence Community Directive 705 Type-A acoustic wall standards and comply with OSHA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 safety regulations.
