Williamsburg INTERIOR RENOVATIONS

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport is seeking qualified small businesses to perform interior renovations at its facility in Williamsburg, VA, under solicitation N66604-26-Q-0338, which is a combined synopsis and solicitation issued under FAR Subpart 12.6 for commercial items. This procurement is a total small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 236220 and a size standard of $45 million, requiring all offerors to be registered in SAM and compliant with electronic funds transfer requirements. The work involves removing nine noncompliant exterior windows from first- and second-floor offices and replacing them with wall framing, interior drywall, and exterior trim to meet Intelligence Community Directive 705 Type-A acoustic wall standards, all while adhering to OSHA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 safety protocols.
