The City of Oxnard invites sealed Bids for Window Replacement Project at the Oxnard Water Resource Recovery Facility Collections Building. Bids are due by 2:00pm on SEPTEMBER 22, 2026. THIS IS NOT the PLAN ROOM FOR THIS PROJECT. Please do not post questions here. The City will accept Bids through electronic submission to the City’s PlanetBids portal at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/69575/portal-home until 2:00 pm on September 22, 2026. Bidders must be registered with the City’s PlanetBids portal in order to receive notifications and addenda, and to submit a bid. Bid results and any subsequent award will be posted on the project portal. It is the responsibility of the bidder to submit their bid with sufficient time to be posted prior to the bid deadline. Allow time for unexpected delays, and contact PlanetBids directly in the event of technical difficulties. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The City will not consider any bid submitted in a different manner and/or after the deadline. As more specifically described in the PlanetBids portal, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove existing ground level perimeter windows and furnish and install new, commercial-grade operable aluminum awning windows for the Collections Building at the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) located at 6001 Perkins Rd in Oxnard, CA.
