This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition and to identify potential source that can provide the following assets for a potential one time buy for the following: NOMENCLATURE: Wing Assembly, Aircraft NSN: 1560-01-629-8739 P/N: 7-31131200 ESTIMATED QTY: 2 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard 1,250 employees. F.O.B. Origin. Required delivery is 270 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company (CAGE Code: 8V613). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The Government has been unable to economically buy the data or rights to data. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for solicitation for Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate, Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website http://amcomdmz/redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo_samsar. In addition, no Technical Data Packages will be mailed out all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
