Closing Date: March 24, 2015 This proposed acquisition is for the procurement of Wireless Portable Scale systems. Eight (8) NSNs are to be procured and are sole source to Intercomp Inc. The total estimated value is approximately $1,831,872.40 per year. Total estimated annual quantities are as follows. National Stock Number Est. The IQC will be for a two-year base period, with three one-year options periods. All responsible offerors shall submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Dealers submitting various Intercomp part numbered items must provide written authorization / approval from the OEM with their offer. Delivery shall be 90 days for the Scale Systems and 120 days for the DACMS systems to any CONUS destination. Delivery orders will be DLA Direct and Customer Direct. The delivery terms are F.O.B Origin. The solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Drawings are not available from DLA Troop Support. The solicitation will be evaluated as Low Price Technically Acceptable Offer (FAR 15.101). Any interested party in becoming qualified to manufacture these items will be required to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package for approval. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved source's item and the alternate item for evaluation. The acquisition specialist cannot provide any data for the manufacturing of this item. Solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date.
