Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is soliciting bids for Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services under solicitation 27-RFQ-018. The project involves providing circuit installations, bandwidth provisioning, and all necessary infrastructure, including cabling, conduit, fiber, and equipment, across multiple locations in Washington state, such as Port Orchard, Shelton, Aberdeen, Connell, and Spokane. To be eligible, vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addenda on file with WaTech. Mandatory requirements include the submission of a completed Excel cost model and a signed Certification and Assurance Document. Failure to complete mandatory columns or altering protected data in the cost model will result in disqualification for the affected sites. Additionally, contractors must undergo comprehensive criminal background checks and adhere to site-specific security protocols for secure locations.
