The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) awarded the competitive Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract N00024-22-D-4318 to Phoenix International Holdings Inc. for the worldwide rapid response undersea search and salvage operations in support the Director of Ocean Engineering, Supervisor of Salvage and Diving (SUPSALV).
