The services required are for a broad range of design-bid-build construction, design/build construction, maintenance, additions, alterations, sustainment, energy efficiency, infrastructure, repair and demolition work on real property at Wright- Patterson AFB, OH. The scope, as detailed in the Statement of Work, includes providing all management, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to accomplish multiple concurrent projects. These projects span a variety of facilities, including research and development, hospital, secure areas, airfields, flight lines, infrastructure, and administrative buildings. This PoP extension/ceiling increase for the twelve (12) incumbent MACC contractors will ensure these ongoing and emergent requirements continue to be met without interruption.
