The City of Greenfield Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project involves the construction of a new 2.0 million gallons per day facility located on the northeast end of Walnut Avenue in Greenfield, California. AI Contract Overview

Project ZHTV0700191 is a restricted acquisition set aside for HUBzone concerns to perform Phase 1 of a multi-phase renovation of Facility 20011 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The scope of work includes the complete replacement of all air handling units, the heat exchanger, electrical distribution switchboards, and circuit breakers, as well as the installation of a new sanitary sewer line and the full replacement and relocation of restrooms. The estimated cost of the acquisition is between 1 million and 5 million dollars, with a performance period of 300 days. Because the building will remain occupied by Air Force lawyers and the OSI during construction, the contractor must manage multiple disciplines to minimize disruption. Key requirements include planning utility installations to meet fire safety egress codes, scheduling HVAC work during no heat/no cool periods, and phasing restroom renovations to ensure continuous access for occupants. Maintaining constant communication with building occupants and the fire department is critical, as unscheduled power outages are strictly prohibited due to potential mission impacts.
