SECTION 00 1113 NOTICE TO BIDDERS RFB #953500-01 The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for for replacing the existing bay windows at the Linden Court Buildings A, B, C, and D at the Woodward Resource Center, 1251 334th Street, Woodward, Iowa 50276. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin September 21, 2026 and end on July 30, 2027. Bids must be received no later than 02:00 pm, Thursday, July 30, 2026. Late bids will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted on IMPACS Electronic Procurement System. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier’s check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
