AI Contract Overview
This contract is for the procurement of five units of wrenches/spanners, specifically identified by NSN/Part Number 5120-01-444-5155, with delivery expected within 159 days. The solicitation number is SPE4A6-26-T-40Y3, issued by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division, with the place of performance designated as New Cumberland. The contract requires compliance with several technical and quality standards, including cybersecurity certifications at Level 2 under the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework and specific physical identification and marking standards using MIL-PRF-24635E type coatings. Packaging and removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies must follow Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) standards. Quality assurance mandates a sampling method consistent with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ standards, ensuring stringent inspection levels for critical, major, and minor attributes, often requiring zero non-conformance for lot acceptance. The contract also imposes strict export controls under ITAR and EAR regulations, limiting access to technical data to authorized contractors who have completed required training and certifications. The primary point of contact for this contract is Deborah Jordan from DLA, reachable via email or phone for further inquiries.
