Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project. Project Scope: Construct a solar array at WSU TFREC’s Sunrise Research Orchard. The array will be approximately 0.5 acres in size. Scope includes the necessary excavation and placement of foundations for the racking system. Construct the racking system and install solar panels per the construction drawings. Extend the electrical lines from the transformer up to the new location and install all the equipment indicated. The purpose will be to generate power from the panels and either use the electricity on site, or back-feed the electricity into the PUD power grid and conduct the desired research. Substantial Completion shall be achieved 250 days following Notice to Proceed. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. Project Physical address: 75 Sunrise Court, Rock Island, WA 98850 Bid Estimate: $1,000,000.00 to $1, 200,000.00 Alternate No.1 There will be a single alternate to add another solar array area over an existing orchard on site.
