Full Description

The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is soliciting proposals from interested companies (“Respondent”) on behalf of West Texas A&M University (“WTAMU” or “University”) for a business opportunity to enter into a ground lease for the installation and operation of a 2-sided full-color, outdoor advertising LED sign located at 23rd and between 3rd and 4th Avenues. If a Respondent is selected, A&M System will enter into a long-term ground lease either with Respondent or an affiliated entity for the installation and operation of a 2-sided full-color, outdoor LED sign on A&M System land. Proposals shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
