WWTP Aeration Tank #1 Cleaning
This project consists of cleaning an aeration tank at the wastewater treatment plant. The dimensions of the tank are approximately 100 feet long by 69 feet wide with 16 foot 3 inch side walls.
This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list.
The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any Alternatives that are accepted.
