Site Visit UPDATE:
Tinker AFB will be holding a site visit on June 18, 2026 at 10:30AM CST for the WWYK150185 – REPAIR ROADWAYS, PARKING AT MUNITIONS AREA, WWYK190230 - REPAIR ARNOLD AVE BETWEEN H AVE AND M AVE project. If you currently have access to the base we will meet at the Exchange and Commissary Building 685 near Arnold Ave. If you do not have access to the base you will need to meet Lt Reyes: hailie.reyes@us.af.mil and Mrs. Donaghe: megan.donaghe@us.af.mil at Pass and ID at 10:00AM CST for badging. You will need to provide a real ID to security forces for base access. I have attached a Map for the site visit meeting location in the SAM.gov posting. All pre bid RFI's will be due June 29, 2026 at 3:30PM. Thank you.

Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CT on 10 June 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.
After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated.
You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
The proposal will be due 24 July 2026 at 2:00PM CST.
